Some of our patients have informed us that their letter of invitation for the flu jab (October 25 and 28) was not clearly legible. Unfortunately, some things have not gone to plan at the company who has sent these lettters for us. For this reason the letters will be sent once again shortly.


Hereby the most relevant information that this letter contains (for patients who are only eligible for the flu jab):


We will administer the flu jab on SATURDAY OCTOBER 25 in our surgery (Beukenlaan 4a).

We invite you to come to the surgery as follows, based on your surname:
A to G            9.30 - 9.50 am
H to O            9.50 - 10.10 am
P to Z            10.10 - 10.30 am


If you are unable to come to the surgery on October 25,  you can come by on Tuesday October 28.

We invite you to come to the surgery as follows, based on your surname:
A to G            5.30 - 5.50 pm
H to O            5.50 - 6.10 pm
P to Z             6.10 - 6.30 pm
